Clarice
Clarice grew up in a multigenerational household where recipes were rarely written down but always remembered. With a quiet strength and deep connection to her roots, she brings soulful family dishes and a love for preserving food traditions to the community. She believes that every recipe carries a story, and that sharing food is sharing love. Her leadership is grounded, nurturing, and inspired by those who cooked before her.
History
Plated and Posted began with a simple idea: that food brings people together. In 2020, longtime friends and passionate home cooks Bianca and Clarice started sharing snapshots of their kitchen creations on Instagram. What began as a fun way to document their favorite dishes—family recipes, weeknight experiments, and nostalgic flavors—quickly struck a chord with others who felt the same connection to food and memory.
Their posts sparked conversations, recipe swaps, and stories from people around the world who saw themselves reflected in the meals they shared. With every like, comment, and shared dish, Bianca and Clarice saw something bigger taking shape: a vibrant, inclusive community built on the joy of cooking and the power of food to tell stories.
By 2025, the vision had outgrown the grid. Bianca and Clarice launched Plated and Posted as a dedicated platform where food lovers—from seasoned chefs to first-time cooks—could connect, share, and celebrate their recipes in a meaningful way. No algorithms, no pressure—just a welcoming space to post your plate and preserve the flavors that define who we are.
Today, Plated and Posted is a growing hub for culinary creativity and cultural expression. Whether it’s your grandma’s tamales, a vegan twist on comfort food, or something you whipped up at midnight, this is the place to pass it on.
Because at Plated and Posted, we believe every dish has a story, and every story deserves to be shared.
Purpose
We’re here to honor food as memory, identity, and cultural expression. Whether you’re continuing a family tradition or creating your own, this is a place to post your plate, connect with others, and keep flavor alive for the next generation.
